Auckland house prices drop for first time in six years

Auckland house prices have dipped from a year earlier - the first such fall in six years. Prices are also down or dropping in Tauranga, Hamilton and Christchurch, but there's moderate growth in Wellington and parts of Dunedin and some provincial areas including the Far North and Southland.
