No future for Peter Dunne's political party

United Future is to be consigned to the past. The Party's new Leader Damian Light has confirmed United Future will disband following the retirement of founder and former leader Peter Dunne and a dismal election result. In a leaked email Mr Light acknowledges the party will not be able to gain enough votes to reach the five percent threshold necessary to get candidates into Parliament. He confirmed to RNZ the party will be wound up. He's joins John Campbell to discuss the move.
