'A tough year' since Kaikōura quake - mayor

Kaikōura harbour is being re-opened, one year after the 7.8-magnitude quake lifted the seabed in and around the harbour more than a metre. It's been struggle of survival for many tourism operators, fishing companies and locals - most of whom have been left without any form of income for the past year. Kaikōura's mayor Winston Gray tells John Campbell it's been a tough year, full of emotion.
