Worksafe 'has a lot to answer for' - Pike victim's mother

A grieving mother who took Worksafe all the way to Supreme Court over the Pike River mine disaster is outraged officials are now trying distance themselves from the unlawful decision to drop charges against the mine's boss. Sonja Rockhouse and Anna Osborne won their case that Peter Whittall should not have been able to pay more than three million dollars to the victims' families in return for Worksafe dropping its prosecution over the deaths of 29 men.
