Govt urged to call TPP meeting to ensure deal closes

The National Party says it is concerned the momentum to conclude the new Trans-Pacific Partnership deal is stalling and has called on the Government to call an urgent meeting of the involved countries to finish the deal, or risk it falling over.

But the Government doesn't want to call any more meetings and is confident the deal can be done in the next few months.
