Push to dump law that halted CTV building charges

A push is on to ditch an old law blamed for causing a travesty of justice for the 115 victims of the CTV building collapse. The previous government was already looking at getting rid of the so-called 'year and a day' law. But the new government won't yet commit to repealing it.
