Waikato drivers hit new 110km/h limit on expressway

A new 110km/h speed limit has come into effect on two of the country's roads. One is a section of the Waikato Expressway between Cambridge and Tamahere. The other road is the Tauranga Eastern Link. RNZ reporter Laura Tupou was enjoying travelling the Waikato Expressway, but came to a crawl in traffic close to Hamilton when the speed limit dropped to 70km/h. She joins us with the latest.
