Andrew Little meets with CTV victims' families

Justice Minister Andrew Little met with families of the victims of the CTV building collapse in Christchurch on Sunday, after the police last month said no charges would be laid against the engineers who designed the building. The minister is on record as saying the law needs to change to make sure those responsible for accidents caused by shoddy building design are held to account in future.
