US govt shutdown: Senate reaches deal

A deal has been reached in the US Senate to reopen the government after it was in shutdown for several days. Washington DC correspondent Kevin McAleese says the process has a way to go yet. The deal comes as the Democrats agreed to a promise from the Republican government to maintain the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals programme.
