Peters' all-weather racing track announcement light on detail

A former top jockey says the Racing Minister Winston Peters' plans to build an all-weather racing track will be great for the industry. Mr Peters made the pledge at the Karaka Horse sales yesterday, telling the crowd that the bill will be picked up by both the taxpayer and the racing industry.
