Record numbers enjoy harmonious day at Waitangi

Forty thousand people battled the scorching heat in Waitangi yesterday to make it to one of the biggest and busiest Waitangi Day commemorations ever. Carparks were overflowing and many market stalls ran out of food as they tried to cater for the record crowds. Te Manu Korihi reporter Te Aniwa Hurihanganui was there.
