Homelessness on the rise in Tauranga

The number of homeless in Tauranga has jumped by almost 20 percent in the past year. The steep rise in house prices and the competition for jobs in the Bay of Plenty city has led to the number of people without homes rising to 470. But a hui on how to help the homeless in Tauranga is putting in place new ways to fix the problem. Sophia Duckor-Jones went to the hui and also spoke to some of the homeless.
