Human Rights Commission under review after sexual harassment

The Human Rights Commission says it dished out the appropriate punishment to a senior staff member who sexually harrassed an intern. The intern told Stuff that she felt the commission was more concerned with protecting itself rather than helping her. In the wake of the revelations, Justice Minister Andrew Little has ordered a review into the procedures and culture at the Commission. After asking for an interview for more than a week we finally spoke to the Chief Commissioner David Rutherford.
