Simon Bridges emerged from National's caucus room yesterday triumphant as the party's new leader, the third youngest in its history. With Paula Bennett reinstalled as deputy leader, National now have some immunity to claims it is pale, male and stale. To discuss what this means for National's brand as New Zealand's party of conservatism on fiscal and often social matters, Mr Bridges joins Guyon Espiner in the Auckland studio.
