Peters' legal action against National MPs 'will go ahead' - lawyer

Winston Peters is pressing ahead with legal action against four former National Party ministers after it was revealed before last year's elections he'd been paid too much superannuation. That's despite reports in some news outlets this morning he's abandoned the case. Brian Henry is the lawyer acting for Winston Peters.
