Toxic foam: Chris Darby demands answers to contamination news

A north shore councillor says he's been kept in the dark about foam contamination in his suburb. This week the New Zealand Defence Force began testing a tidal area at Ngataringi Bay, in the Auckland suburb of Devonport. Information released to Radio New Zealand under the Official Information Act has revealed banned toxic firefighting chemicals from Devonport naval base have contaminated nearby waters.
