Green Minister changes tune on EPA meeting

From Morning Report, 7:52 am on 5 April 2018

A Green Party Minister accused of ministerial interference is changing her story about meeting with the Environmental Protection Authority. Eugenie Sage now says she didn't meet with the EPA's chief executive Allan Freeth when she previously said she did, and doesn't think she discussed its controversial chief scientist with him like she said she had. Ms Sage's shifting account comes as Dr Freeth returns to Parliament today to explain why answers he gave MPs about his interactions with Ms Sage were at odds with hers. Political reporter Benedict Collins has more.
