Syria chemical attack: 'Nothing off table' - Trump

US President Donald Trump says a decision on the U.S response to chemical weapon attacks in Syria will be made in the next 24 - 28 hours. Footage from the city of Douma in Syria which is unverified shows children pale white, foaming at the mouth struggling to breathe. Medical sources say dozens were killed in the alleged chemical attack but numbers are impossible to verify. The UN Security Council is holding meetings in the New York and Moscow to discuss the attack. Washington DC correspondent Daniel Ryntjes discusses the details with Philippa Tolley.
