UN meets to plan response to Syria chemical attack

Back now to Syria and the chemical attack in the city of Douma. Speaking at the UN Security Meeting convened to discuss the attacks, the Russian UN envoy has called on investigators to fly to Syria as early as Tuesday. Sam Heller is a Senior Analyst at Crisis Group and a former researcher and analyst focused on the Syrian conflict. He tells Philippa Tolley as many as 40,000 civilians may be evacuated from the city.
