Trump contradicts himself over Stormy Daniels' payments

President Trump has contradicted his earlier statements that he was unaware of a $130,000 hush money payment to porn actress Stormy Daniels. Mr Trump said he paid a retainer to his attorney Michael Cohen, effectively reimbursing him for paying off Ms Daniels before the 2016 presidential election. Former New York mayor Rudy Giulianiand one of Mr Trump's lawyers , who isand Trump confidant, appeared on Fox News on Thursday and said channelling the payments through a law firm proves there are no campagn finance violations.
