Former Pacific Minister Ngaro criticises govt's funding boost

From Morning Report, 7:36 am on 10 May 2018

National's former Minister for Pacific Peoples, Alfred Ngaro, is criticising the government's massive boost in aid to the Pacific region, saying its priorities are wrong. It's part of what the Foreign Minister Winston Peters calls the 'Pacific reset'. Mr Ngaro told our political reporter Craig McCulloch there's a risk by spending more in the Pacific, the Pasifika community here will miss out.
