Domestic violence callout every 4 minutes in NZ - Insight

The latest police figures reveal there is now a callout to domestic violence every four minutes. An RNZ Insight investigation has discovered police responded to nearly three-thousand more family violence call outs last year, than in 2016. While the police say it's good news more people are asking for help, it's estimated up to three-quarters of abuse is never reported.
