Flawed Oranga Tamariki report details revealed in Family Court

The shortcomings of a rushed safety report by Oranga Tamariki about a young girl have been revealed in the Masterton Family Court. A social worker reported to a judge in February the girl was safe with her aunt, but now the social worker says there are concerns. Phil Pennington has been at court and told Alex Perrottet that the social worker's concerns have a lot to do with the girl being coached to make accusations against her father.
