Weather: Tolaga Bay families see 'hell of a weekend'

Twenty families in Tolaga Bay on the East Coast have spent the night with friends and neighbours after being forced to evacuate their homes because of flooding. Torrential rain early on Monday morning cut power, shut roads and left huge tracts of low-lying farmland under water. More rain, some heavy, is forcast for Tuesday.
