Budget advisers want limits set on cost of borrowing

Budget advisers want the government to look at limits on the total cost of borrowing, to stop people ending up trapped in a cycle of debt. Andrew Mitchell is a financial adviser with the Salvation Army in the Auckland. He told RNZ social issues reporter Sarah Robson that an interest rate cap alone isn't going to stop predatory lenders.
