Govt sets up fair pay panel but employers worried

Employers are bristling at a planned radical shake-up in industrial relations - warning of a return to the 1970s. The Government has set up a 10-member panel to look into the best way to set up so-called Fair Pay Agreements. The contentious proposal would allow industry-wide agreements, setting minimum terms and conditions for all workers in the same sector or occupation. Here's our political reporter Craig McCulloch.
