Benefit suspensions drop after policy change

The number of people whose benefits are suspended or cancelled each day has dropped by almost a quarter - in just a matter of weeks. It follows a policy change, announced last month, that means any decision to suspend a benefit must be approved by a second senior-level person. And one woman who had her benefit wrongly cut is pleased others won't have to go through what she went through. Our social issues reporter, Sarah Robson, has the story.
