Land, Water Forum 'in abeyance' - David Parker

From Morning Report, 7:35 am on 27 June 2018

The Government is promising immediate action on tackling water quality around the country. It comes after the advisory group, the Land and Water Forum, published a series of recommendations yesterday for improving water quality, particularly in "at-risk" catchments. David Parker is the Environment Minister. He tells Guyon Espiner nutrient allocation is the most fundamental issue for him. The Land & Water Forum couldn't come to agreement on that, so it has come into abeyance, Mr Parker says.
