NZ banks urged to offer low interest loans to eco-home builds

New Zealand banks are being urged to catch up with international trends and offer special low interest lows to people building eco-homes. An Auckland couple is pushing for change arguing it will help improve the country's cold draughty housing stock. Meriana Johnsen reports.
