Whānau facing losing children discouraged by state process

Senior law lecturer Khylee Quince says whānau who are facing having their children taken by the state aren't getting vital information. Ms Quince told our Māori news correspondent Leigh-Marama McLachlan, the welfare system is complicated and the process is designed to go over people's heads.
