KiwiBuild ballot system not fair - National

The National Party says the Government's KiwiBuild ballot system is not fair. For the first years of the KiwiBuild scheme, homes will be balloted to give buyers who've registered for the programme an equal chance of buying a home. To qualify, would-be buyers must have a combined income of less than $180,000 dollars, or if they're single, less than 120,000. Amy Adams is the National Party's finance spokesperson.
