A new public housing development in central Auckland will be able to accommodate more than three times as many households as the 60-year-old high rise it will replace. In a first, the new development on Greys Ave will also offer its tenants health and support services onsite. Housing Minister Phil Twyford tells Guyon Espiner it will "make a serious dent" in Auckland's homelessness.
