Petrol stations outside Auckland busier after fuel tax

It's just over a week since Auckland's new regional fuel tax came into effect - so are people trying to dodge it by filling up out of town? Some petrol stations say they've been busier since the 11-and-a-half cent a litre tax was added to fuel prices on July 1. RNZ reporter Sarah Robson hit the road and headed north on State Highway 1 out of Auckland to find out.
