Wellington buses hit new routes, timetables

Wellington's new bus fleet hit the streets yesterday but its first true test will come this morning during the peak hour commute. asterton-based Tranzit Group took over the lion's share of Wellington's bus service from NZ Bus on Sunday. The change in provider means a new timetable, new fare charges as well as new electric and double decker buses. RNZ reporter Emma Hatton has been riding the new buses.
