Dominic Raab takes Brexit Minister role in UK

The UK has a new minister for Brexit. Dominic Raab has replaced, David Davis, who resigned in protest at Theresa May's post-Brexit trade plans. While talks continue, the clock is ticking - in 253 days' time Britain is leaving the EU and the bloc is now laying the ground work for a no deal Brexit -- despite describing the scenario as a bureaucratic, practical and financial nightmare. Philippa Tolley speaks to BBC political correspondent Rob Watson.
