Nick Smith questions NZ First departure contract

New Zealand First MPs have signed a contract that will require them to pay a $300,000 fine if they are expelled or resign from the caucus but stay on in Parliament. National Party MP Nick Smith has called the move undemocratic and has called for more details of the contract to be released. He tells Guyon Espiner the contract is similar to rules in Zimbabwe.
