Two criminal inquiries after police college misconduct

Four recruits at the Police College in Porirua have been stood down for misconduct. Police say the recruits were not on duty at the time and three of the incidents happened off campus. Superintendent Scott Fraser is the Police's General Manager of Training. He tells Guyon Espiner there are two criminal investigations currently underway.
