From Morning Report, 8:24 am on 16 October 2018

A scathing report has revealed serious dysfunction at Cycling New Zealand including bullying, poor behaviour, a lack of accountability and an inappropriate relationship between a coach and an athlete. It's the second major sport this month to be found lacking. A review into the culture at Football New Zealand by Auckland lawyer Phillipa Muir found multiple instances of bullying from a former coach. So, is the nature of coaching changing at the top level?
