Bus drivers strike - latest update

Bus services in Auckland and Hamilton are disrupted this morning as about 200 drivers go on strike. In Auckland 25 routes and 350 of 11,000 trips will be affected, but school buses, trains and ferries will run as normal. In Hamilton, city buses will be affected between 5am-9am on Tuesday morning. Striking drivers are rallying at picket lines at the Manukau transport centre in Auckland. RNZ reporter Gill Bonnett is there.
