Ajaz Patel never gave up on Black Caps dream

New Zealand's latest cricketing hero Ajaz Patel is under no illusion just how tough test cricket is despite helping the Black Caps to their narrowest ever test win. The 30-year-old test debutant took five second innings wickets in helping New Zealand to a four run win over Pakistan in the United Arab Emirates on Tuesday. It's been a long road to the top for Patel, who arrived in New Zealand from India when he was eight. He told told sports editor Stephen Hewson he never gave up on his dream.
