Weather: Flooding problems continue in Clutha

Yesterday's deluge is continuing to cause problems in Otago. Slips, surface flooding and road closures are still affecting the region. The Clutha River is at the highest levels 20 years and is still rising. Bryan Cadogan is the mayor of the Clutha District. He is at Civil Defence headquarters.
