Luxury yachts heading to Auckland to watch the America's Cup close up could be charged thousands of dollars for parking up to spectate. Two years out from Cup, the council is looking at charging all foreign vessels over forty metres for anchoring in Waitemata Harbour - and beyond. But yachting ace Chris Dickson says the council is trying to regulate the ocean and should leave things as they are.
