Results of Ngapuhi mandate vote to be announced

The Treaty Negotiations Minister is expected announce the final results of the vote to decide who should lead the Ngaphui settlement process and how it should be managed. The hapu vote has already overwhelming rejected the new model for negotiating the settlement, with 66 out of 104 hapu rejected the proposal outright. Today's announcement will include the results from individual voters which are expected to be much more favourable. But how likely is it the the final vote will resolve the standoff ?
