In stark contrast to the wooden church in Wellington roughly a year ago, the Prime Minister has chosen a swanky central city hotel and a business audience for her first major speech of the year. The economic headwinds faced by many other countries, and New Zealand's vulnerability was the main theme, with Jacinda Ardern laying out her plans to help this country weather any future storms.
