Nicky Stevens' mother devastated at DHB's payout delay

The family of a man who took his own life after walking out of a mental health unit is devastated the Waikato DHB is delaying compensation and an apology. Coroner Wallace Bain has ruled the death of Nicky Stevens was a preventable suicide. But the DHB is challenging his findings. Mr Stevens' mother Jane talks to Gyles Beckford.
