Nelson fire: Tough night in Teapot Valley

After dark in Teapot Valley, where the fire has spread, helicopters fighting the flames had to stop flying and the fire was left to its own devices. Dorje Strang farms in the valley and while his family has evacuated he's determined to stay. "It's not under control at all. Everybody's done as much as they possibly can to get it there but this is a huge fire. It will have a deep seat amongst the roots of the trees... It's going to be here for several weeks for sure," Dorje Strang says.
