Oxfam says nine out of ten people in the poorest countries will miss out on a Covid-19 vaccination next year because richer countries are getting the majority of vaccines produced.
Canada is one of those countries, it has ordered enough Covid-19 vaccinations to inoculate every citizen five times over.
