Government urged to licence air rifles

The Government's being urged to take immediate action over the licensing of high-powered air-rifles after the fatal shooting of an undercover policeman. John Skinner was found guilty of gunning down Sergeant Don Wilkinson using an air rifle after a covert operation went wrong.
