Greens object to new bid to write 'Schmuck clause' into law

The Government is about to make a second attempt to legalise the use of a coastal reserve by a Bay of Islands boat builder. Doug Schmuck's boatyard at Opua featured in several clauses in a government reserves bill late last year.
