Relatives hoping for best but preparing for worst

Friends and relatives of all those people thought to be trapped in the CTV building are hoping for the best but preparing for the worst. Teremoana Wilson whose mother is a receptionist at a medical clinic in the building, is stuck monitoring events from afar, in her case from her home in Sicily.
